Cherry Mustard

Ingredients:
| ¼ cup | Yellow Mustard Seeds |
| ¼ cup | Black Mustard Seeds |
| ¼ cup | Dried Cherries |
| ½ cup | Water |
| 5-6 Tbsp | Vinegar |
| Salt & Pepper To Taste | |
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients and let sit 2 hours.
Puree the mustard to desired consistency.
Refrigerator any leftover to retain it's freshness.
**Note**
Black mustard seed is native to southern Europe along the Mediterranean Sea - you can find it in the international aisle or a well stock spice aisle.
