Jalapeno-Cheese Corn Sticks

The bread machine is used to mix and knead the dough, which contains whole wheat flour and cake flour, stone-ground cornmeal, buttermilk, brown sugar, green chilies, shredded cheese, corn and seasonings. This dough is rolled out, cut into strips, and twisted to make bread sticks.
