Lemon Ice Cream Soda

Frozen lemonade is combined with milk, soda water and vanilla ice cream to make this tasty dessert that is perfect for summer and folks of any age.

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tbsp frozen pink or regular lemonade concentrate
• Vanilla ice cream
• Soda water
• Strip of lemon peel

Directions:

Place milk, lemonade and 1 large scoop vanilla ice cream in a tall glass. Almost fill with chilled plain soda water. Garnish with strip of lemon peel.
