Don't have time to make a big pot of chili con carne? This recipe will give you the same lean, mean taste--on a stick.
Mix Liquid Smoke, chili powder, oil, vinegar, cumin and garlic in a gallon size resealable bag. Place sirloin in bag and let marinate at least four hours or overnight. Preheat broiler, or outdoor grill. Skewer meat, peppers, onions and mushrooms onto skewers. Grill or broil until desired doneness, 10-12 minutes for medium rare.
