Ground turkey is seasoned with taco mix and wrapped in lettuce leaves along with sour cream, cheese, sprouts and salsa for this low-carb, low-fat "sandwich."

Brown ground turkey, drain off any fat; add taco seasoning and water called for on package. Simmer for 5 minutes. Place lettuce leaves on plates. Spoon a thin layer of sour cream over lettuce. Add turkey mixture, cheese, sprouts and a drizzle of salsa. Wrap lettuce as you would a taco in a soft tortilla shell.

Number of Servings: 4-6

Notes from the Cook: The sour cream helps "paste" everything together. Sprouts are optional.
