A creamy sauce is the perfect accompaniment for ground beef, white rice and crunchy chow mein noodles.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef, ginger, garlic powder and onions in a skillet. Add soups, milk, soy sauce, celery salt, pepper, and rice. Mix well, then let simmer 10-15 minutes. Place 3/4 can chow mein noodles in a casserole dish, add meat mixture, and mix. Add remaining chow mein noodles to top of casserole and bake 30 minutes.
