Sauteed beef strips and peppers with shredded cheese make a quick and healthy filling for pita sandwiches.

Directions:

Cook steak in a large skillet. Heat olive oil to medium on stove stop. Add beef, onion and peppers then cook until meat is no longer pink and drain. Add salsa and barbecue sauce, bring to a boil, then remove from heat. Spoon into pita halves and sprinkle with cheese.

Number of Servings: 4

Notes from the Cook: If you don't have pita bread just use buns.
