These ultra-rich confections are made with melted chocolate chips, whipping cream, butter, French vanilla coffee creamer, and coffee granules.

In a small saucepan, heat cream and butter over medium heat, stirring until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Place chocolate chips in a large bowl. Pour the hot mixture over chocolate; stir until melted and smooth. Stir in coffee creamer, instant coffee granules and vanilla. Cover and refrigerate about 30 minutes, stirring once or twice, until mixture begins to stiffen. Use a melon baller or small spoon and form mixture into about 24 balls. Place them on a lined cookie sheet or pan. Cover and refrigerate about 1 hour. Place chopped nuts and powdered sugar in two separate bowls. Roll truffles in nuts or powdered sugar to create two different looks and tastes. Serve either at room temperature or chilled. Truffles should be stored covered in refrigerator.
