Cream of mushroom soup keeps this ground beef meatloaf moist and tender.
The day before, combine meatloaf ingredients then separate into two loaves in a large buffet pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to bake. When ready to cook, uncover and place in oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until firm. While cooking, pour excess grease from pan and add water every 30-45 minutes. During last 20 minutes, combine sauce ingredients and baste over top and sides of each loaf. Do not overcook as meatloaf will burn on top and sides.

Notes from the Cook: Adjust for smaller portions. Please do not cover with foil as ingredients will react with the aluminum and cause discoloration in meatloaf.
