Corned Beef Cheese Spread

Dry ranch dressing mix and green onions really add a kick to this corned beef and cream cheese spread.

Ingredients:

• 1 package cream cheese
• 1 package shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 green onions
• 1/2 package dry ranch dressing
• 1 package corned beef

Directions:

Add cream cheese to a medium mixing bowl and add ranch dressing. Place green onions and corned beef in a food processor and finely chop. Add corned beef and onion mixture to cream cheese and mix. Add shredded cheese to mixture and refrigerate overnight. Serve with with crackers.
