Cran-pecan Cheese Spread

This cheese spread has the added flavors of green onion, dried cranberries and pecans.

Ingredients:

• 1 stick butter, softened
• 12 oz cream cheese
• 4 oz crumbled blue cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onion
• 1/4 cup chopped dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

Blend butter, cream cheese, and blue cheese. Add remaining ingredients and mix to distribute evenly. Mound mixture in serving bowls and serve with favorite crackers.
