This fruit salad has bite size pieces of colby cheese mixed with pineapple, cherries and a homemade creamy pineapple sauce.

Drain and reserve pineapple juice by pressing pineapple through a strainer. Place juice in a pan and pineapple in a small bowl. Cut cherries in half and place with pineapple. Add half of cherry juice to pineapple juice. Cut up colby cheese into small cubes and add to pineapple and cherries in a small bowl. Add egg and flour to pineapple juice and cook on medium high until liquid is thick, stirring constantly. Pour mixture over pineapple, cheese and cherries then chill for a few hours until cold.
