Make this creamy and delicious dip a staple at your appetizer table. The dash of nutmeg and tasty touch of Dijon mustard put this dip over the top.
In a large heavy saucepan, over low heat, combine first nine ingredients. Cook and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixture is heated through. Stir in clams and 2 tablespoons parsley then heat through. Transfer to a serving bowl then sprinkle with fried onions and paprika. Serve with assorted crackers, cocktail breads, etc.
