Holiday Peppermint Pie

This simple frozen dessert makes a great addition to any holiday spread. The peppermint pieces added to the ice cream really make this dessert.

Ingredients:

• 1 graham cracker pie crust
• 1 vanilla bean ice cream, slightly thawed
• 10-15 peppermint candies

Directions:

Crush peppermint candies with a rolling pin and add to slightly thawed ice cream. Mix well, add to pie crust, and freeze for 2 hours before serving.
