When it's "thyme" for chicken, try this simple recipe. Chicken breasts are marinated in thyme and garlic, then grilled.
Place all ingredients, including chicken, in a bowl and mix well. Let stand in fridge for 1-2 hours or preferably overnight. Remove and grill over medium heat until done. Let cool for 3 minutes, slice on an angle, place on platter and serve garnished with a thyme sprig.
