This great sandwich starts with a fresh pork butt that's cooked in the crock pot with cola. Add barbeque sauce and a spoon onto a bun.
Place slow cooker on low heat setting, then add Coke and pork. Cover and cook about 6 hours, until very tender. Use a slotted spoon to take the pork out when it is falling apart. Pull pork from fat. When finished, add barbeque sauce and salt and pepper to taste. Serve on a bun.
