These great cookies substitute Splenda for a healthier choice. They also have chocolate chips and walnuts for the best cookie.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, baking soda and salt in small bowl then set aside. Cream butter, brown sugar and Splenda in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add egg and vanilla then gradually add flour mixture. Do not add all at once, stir before adding more to bowl. Mix well and stir in chocolate chips and walnuts. Drop by tablespoon onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake 9-12 minutes or until golden brown.
