BBQ Flat Iron Steak

This great steak has a simple and delicious marinade that is packed with flavor. The combination of Worcestershire and garlic is perfect.

Ingredients:

• 1 lb flat iron steak
• 1/2 cup light soy sauce
• 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 4 cloves garlic

Directions:

Thaw flat iron steak in refrigerator overnight. Combine above ingedients in a plastic bag and let steak marinate 6-7 hours. Grill steak on high for 15 minutes, or until slightly pink in center. Slice into thin strips, at an angle, for best tenderness.
