A pot pie made with a waffle iron! Just pour batter on the iron, add chicken and veggies, and cook until brown.
Lightly grease and heat a Belgian waffle iron. Mix first three ingredients together with a whisk until smooth. Mix in vegetables and chicken. Pour 3/4 cup batter onto waffle iron and close lid. Cook until golden brown, or as directed on iron. Top with a dollop of butter or gravy.
