This sweet dessert calls for your favorite vanilla ice cream and tops it with fresh grilled pineapple and a sweet rum sauce.

Directions:

Cut and core pineapple in wedges. Soak in rum and brown sugar about 15 minutes. Grill pineapple. Place remaining rum and sugar mixture in pan over grill while pineapple is cooking to warm and slightly thicken. Scoop ice cream into bowl. Place a wedge or 2 of grilled pineapple and spoon some of sugar mixture on top.
