Chocolate Chip Cheescake Brownies

These great brownies are made with two layers of cookie dough. A thin layer of cream cheese filling separates the gooey cookie layers.

Ingredients:

• 2 packages chocolate chip cookie dough
• 8 oz cream cheese
• Egg
• 1/2 cup sugar
• Butter spray

Directions:

Beat egg, sugar and cream cheese together then set aside. Spray pan with butter spray. Take 1 package cookie dough and spread over bottom of pan evenly. Pour cream cheese mixture over this layer. Take other cookie dough and spread over cream cheese mixture. If needed, take chunks of cookie dough and lay flattened chunk over mixture until all cookie dough is used. Cookie dough will blend together when baking. Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees.
