This healthy chicken, vegetable and rice dish is flavored with organic balsamic dressing. The fresh vegetables bring the sunlight.
Prepare rice per instructions on box. Heat dry skillet on medium for 30-45 seconds. Pour in balsamic dressing. Add bell peppers and mushrooms then saute about 10 minutes. Add chicken and saute for 15-20 minutes. Add water if needed. When chicken mix is almost done, add Texas Pete, salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Rice should be done about the same time. Spoon rice into a dish and creatively spread mixed topping.
