This easy dessert uses halved peaches sealed in foil along with brown sugar, hazelnut liqueur & butter, grilled & topped with ice cream and hazelnuts.
Place peach halves, cut side up, on a large piece of heavy duty foil, about 18 inches by 12 inches. Combine brown sugar, liqueur and butter; spoon over cut sides of peach halves. Fold foil over peaches and seal. Grill over medium-high heat for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. To serve, place two peach halves in a bowl, top with ice cream. Drizzle with the peach juices and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
