Ground beef is mixed with an egg, crushed potato chips & seasonings, formed into patties, wrapped with bacon and grilled.
Preheat grill to medium-high. In medium bowl, beat egg with fork. Add remaining ingredients (except bacon) and mix well. Form beef mixture into 4 patties. Wrap each patty with 2 bacon strips, overlapping as necessary. Secure bacon with toothpicks. Place patties on grill and grill 8-10 minutes on each side, or until done.
