This burger is stuffed with mushrooms and topped with Swiss cheese. Add all the traditional toppings and you have a new spin on a classic burger.
In a pan, combine mushrooms, butter and Worcestershire and saute until tender. In a mixing bowl, combine hamburger, egg, bread crumbs and onion. Form ten 1/2 inch patties and place mushrooms on 5 patties. Cover with cheese, then place the other 5 patties on top and pinch edges together. Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Place on grill and cook each side 4-6 minutes. Cook buns on grill 30-45 seconds. Spread mayonnaise on bun, place burger on bun, add one thin slice of tomato and top with one leaf of lettuce. Repeat process with remaining burgers.
