Banana Toffee Cake

This great cake is perfect to finish off a meal in addition to a great cup of coffee.

Ingredients:

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 2 medium bananas, mashed
• 1/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup vegetable oil
• 1 tsp almond extract
• 3 eggs
• 1/2 cup butterscotch chips
• Glaze:
• 1/3 c chocolate frosting

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish. Beat cake mix, bananas, water, oil, almond and eggs in a large bowl. Pour in pan and sprinkle with chips. Bake for 35 minutes then let cake cool completely. Melt frosting in the microwave and drizzle over cake.
