A simple, healthy meal--chicken rice and beans wrapped in a warm tortilla.

Directions:

Prepare rice first according to package directions. When rice is half done, cut up chicken in small pieces and cook in a skillet over high heat with a little oil. Add garlic to chicken. Warm tortillas. Place rice on one half of tortilla then add chicken on the rice. Roll up and serve.
