Here is a recipe for a great spaghetti sauce that is very versatile. Top your pasta dish with this sauce, make lasagna or even a meatball sandwich.
Chop the onion. Cook sausage, onion and garlic on medium high heat. While sausage is cooking, chop it to desired size. When the sausage is done, pour the mixture onto a paper towel lined plate. Remove excess grease from pan. Pour marinara and chicken broth into sauce pan. Add sugar and 10 shakes of Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil. Once boiling, add sausage mixture to the wet mixture. Bring to a boil once more. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 2 hours, stirring every 20 minutes.
