This sorbet uses green tea as its base and is then blended with fresh mango and mandarin oranges. It is suggested to top this fresh dessert with pistachios.
Combine the tea and sugar in a saucepan and simmer over medium high heat till the sugar dissolves, and then cook 1 minute more. Cool the tea completely and pour into a blender container along with the mango, orange segments, corn syrup and lemon juice, blend till smooth. Transfer to an ice cream maker and process according to manufacturer's instructions. Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Top each serving with pistachios.
