If you like buffalo chicken wings, you'll love these hot and spicy skewers--just marinate, grill and serve with bleu cheese dressing.

In a heavy saucepan, combine butter, hot sauce, cider vinegar and dressing mix. Stir over low heat until smooth. Taste and add more hot sauce if desired. Spray grill or broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray and preheat grill or broiler. Place chicken tenders in a large bowl and drizzle with vegetable oil. Toss to coat, then season with salt and pepper. Thread each chicken tender onto a wooden skewer. Grill or broil until cooked through and golden brown, about 8 to 10 minutes. Brush generously with sauce in the last minutes of cooking. Serve with bleu cheese dressing for dipping.
