Enjoy this cool and refreshing dip with chips, veggies or just as a side dish.
Mince green chilies, cilantro, mint leaves and cucumber in a blender with one spoon sour cream. Puree to make a smooth paste. Add this to remaining sour cream. Add lemon juice and salt, and then mix well. Transfer to a serving cup and garnish with mint leaves or cilantro and lemon rind.
