These roasted potatoes are a great side dish for most entrees. Some protein and a salad, and dinner is served.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Cut small potatoes in half and place in a medium baking dish. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Heat butter in microwave for 10 seconds. Combine all ingredients, except feta, and pour mixture over potatoes evenly. Crumble feta cheese lightly over top. Constantly ladle juices back onto potatoes. Bake until golden brown and potatoes are tender.
