Chicken Mignon

This chicken is stuffed with chicken stuffing and is wrapped in turkey bacon.

Ingredients:

• 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
• 1 lb turkey bacon
• 1 box chicken flavor stuffing
• Lemon pepper to taste
• Chicken flavored seasoned salt to taste

Directions:

Prepare stuffing per instructions on box. Slice chicken breast down the middle and stuff with stuffing. Wrap bacon around chicken. It may be necessary to tie in place. Season with lemon pepper and salt. Cook on a baking sheet, sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered, or until chicken is cooked through and bacon is crunchy.
