Nita's Peanut Butter Fudge

This easy-to-make, no-cook candy mixes peanut butter, butter & powdered sugar and chills it to set up.

Ingredients:

• 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, at room temperature
• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 cups confectioner's sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Place all ingredients in large bowl and mix with wooden spoon or by hand. Spread evenly in 8x8" baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Cut into bite-size pieces to serve.

Number of Servings: about 1 lb. fudge
