This grilled tilapia is seasoned with Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice and garlic. This fish is perfect anytime of the year.

Whisk together oil, lemon juice, 1/2 garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Marinate filets for at least an hour in the mixture. Preheat grill to low heat. I suggest using foil to prevent it from burning and falling through the grill. Add remaining garlic to soy sauce and set aside to infuse. Place filets on foil. Baste filets with soy and garlic mixture. Cook 5-7 minutes.
