This casserole will warm up any evening and the pork, cheese and potato combination is very comforting.

Ingredients:

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place pork chops in 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Season with 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1/8 teaspoon pepper. Drain sliced potatoes and layer over pork chops. Pour French onion soup over potatoes. Spread cheddar cheese soup over potatoes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes.
