Canned biscuits make this recipe a snap--just top each biscuit with scrambled eggs and bacon, then bake for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray muffin pan with butter spray. Flatten each biscuit and press into muffin pan to create a well. Whisk eggs with all spices and pour into biscuit wells. Sprinkle each with cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until brown on top.

Notes from the Cook: These can be prepared the night before--just cover with foil and refrigerate. My kids love these, and they're so easy when you're in the morning rush.
