This hearty soup is tasty and fulfilling. All of the flavors come together for a delicious meal.
Brown the ground beef and strain the fat. Add 6 cups of water to a large soup pot. Add all of the ingredients, except for cheese whiz and macaroni, reserve the mushroom juice. Bring the soup to a boil and then boil lightly on med and until vegetables are done. Add macaroni and cook until done. Finally, add the cheese whiz and stir until melted.
