Place milk and oats in small saucepan. Cook and stir on low heat until warm. Add mashed banana, pecans and brown sugar; cook and stir till oats are completely cooked.

Notes from the Cook: You can substitute soy milk for milk and pecans for walnuts. You can also use a sugar-substitute for the brown sugar.
