A quick and easy dinner--chicken in a chili and mushroom flavored sauce, served with steamed rice.
Shred chicken into a medium sauce pan, add cream of mushroom soup and chilies. Stir contents together and let sit for 4-5 minutes. Stir occasionally and add salt and pepper as desired.
