Sponge dessert cups are dipped in chocolate pudding, placed on chocolate chip cookies, then filled with strawberries and drizzled with more pudding.
Wash and trim strawberries, halving or quartering any large berries. Place one chocolate chip cookie on each of 6 dessert dishes; set aside. Prepare pudding with milk according to package directions. Then, before pudding sets up, dip the dessert cakes in the pudding and place one atop each cookie. Spoon strawberries into cups and top with remaining chocolate pudding.

Notes from the Cook: Additional toppings such as chopped walnuts, pecans and/or whipped topping may be added, if desired. (Thin, flat cookies work better, rather than puffy, rounded ones.)
