Thin slices of chicken breasts are marinated in tequila, lime and adobo sauce then grilled.
In a grilling pan, squeeze half a lime, sprinkle adobo sauce to taste and add 1 shot of tequila. Place sliced chicken in pan. Continue layering chicken, making sure every layer is covered with seasoning from bottom of pan. Let marinate in pan for 15 minutes. In a separate bowl, squeeze 1 lime, add 1 shot of tequila and sprinkle adobo and mix well. After chicken has finished marinating, place chicken on grill. With a grilling brush keep applying sauce on chicken every couple of minutes, or every time you turn the chicken. Cook 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is cooked through.
