Fresh ginger and a nice breading give this chicken a great flavor that can't be beat.

Ingredients:

Put flour in a plate or on a cutting board, mix in seasoning salt, pepper and half of the ginger. Put each piece of chicken into the flour mixture and cover it completely with the mixture. Heat frying pan and put in a half inch of cooking oil. When heated on medium heat, add the chicken to the pan. Sprinkle the remainder of the ginger onto the chicken. Brown both sides. Transfer chicken to baking pan. Sprinkle the orange juice and lemon juice on top of the chicken. Sprinkle the parsley on top of the chicken. Cook in oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes to 45 minutes.

Notes from the Cook: Check for doneness. Chicken will no longer be pink on the inside.
