Peach Cheesecake Ice Cream

Fresh peaches and cream cheese give this easy-does-it ice cream the flavor of a peach cheesecake. Serve in graham cracker ice cream cups for full effect.

Ingredients:

• 3 cups half and half
• 1 cup white sugar
• 1 8 oz package cream cheese
• 1 cup peeled, finely mashed peaches

Directions:

Using an electric mixer, blend first three ingredients until smooth. Stir in peaches. Freeze in ice cream maker until set, according to your machines instructions.

Number of Servings: approximately 4 cups
