Punch Bowl Delight

This dessert is very low key but has so many great flavor combinations it is sure to be a hit. It is great for serving large crowds potluck style.

Ingredients:

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 2 boxes instant vanilla pudding
• 1 can cherry pie filling
• 6 Bananas
• 1 large container Cool Whip
• Optional, 1/2 cup crushed nuts

Directions:

Bake cake following instructions on box. Prepare instant vanilla pudding. Once cake and pudding are made, use a regular punch bowl and start layering in punch bowl. Crumble 1/3 of cake into bite size pieces into the bowl, then spoon in enough pudding to cover cake. Next slice 2 bananas laying slices on top of pudding then drizzle one third of cherry pie filling over bananas. Next spoon in a layer of Cool Whip. Now repeat this 2 more times ending with a Cool Whip topping. If desired sprinkle crushed nuts on top.
