Ground pork, rice and barbecue sauce is mixed and then formed into balls and then grilled or cooked on the stove top.
Combine meat, rice, egg, onion, salt and pepper and 1/4 cup of barbeque sauce. Mix thoroughly, shape into 20 small balls and place in skillet. Mix remaining barbeque sauce and water. Pour over meatballs. Bring to a boil then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
Number of Servings: 4-5
Notes from the Cook: If desired place meatballs on skewers for the grill. Baste with sauce and turn frequently. Cook over medium flame about 25 minutes.
