Homemade cinnamon rolls are such a treat for a weekend breakfast or as an addition to a brunch. What better way to show your love?
In a bread machine pan, add the water, 1 1/2 tbsp margarine, 1/2 cup raisins, sugar, salt, 2 tsp cinnamon, bread flour, & yeast. Select the dough setting on the bread machine and start. Remove the dough from the bread machine and roll into a rectangle on a greased 18x12 cookie sheet using a greased glass or your hand. In a small bowl, mix 5 tbsp melted margarine, 1 tbsp cinnamon, brown sugar, chopped pecans, and 1/4 cup raisins. Spread filling mixture over the whole rectangle. Starting at the large end, roll the dough in a jelly-roll fashion. Pinch the seams together. Using a sharp knife slice the dough every 1 inch to make 12 cinnamon rolls. Place them in a greased 13x9 pan. Cover and let rise for 35-45 minutes. Remove the cover and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until they are browned. In a small bowl, mix the powdered sugar, milk, & vanilla. Spread glaze over cinnamon rolls & serve hot.
