Brownies, caramel cookie bars, and turtle pie layered in elegant dessert glasses--all your favorite things in one delicious dessert.
Prepare brownie mix according to package directions using a 9 x 9 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray and baking 35-40 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool then cut into 16 equal squares. While brownies are baking, prepare other ingredients or you can bake the brownies ahead of time. Cut each of the cookie bars in half lengthwise, then across making 10-12 smaller pieces of each portion for a total of eight portions. Cut each of the Edwards Turtle Pie slices into halves lengthwise, then cut each half into smaller pieces, making eight portions. Preparation is quick and easy if everything is precut, portioned, and ready to add. Using individual 8 oz footed dessert dishes, crumble one square of baked brownies into bottom of each dish. Drizzle liquid topping over brownie pieces and add cookie bar pieces followed by Edwards Turtle Pie pieces. Complete dessert by drizzling with more liquid topping and garnishing with pecans. Place dishes in a line and add each ingredient to all dishes, one at a time, to speed preparation time. Refrigerate until served.
Number of Servings: Eight
Notes from the Cook: You can substitute a regular brownie mix and add an additional package of pecans. Note: turtle brownie mixes contain walnuts, but this recipe requires pecans for proper preparation and flavor.
