Kellie's Own Creation

Kids can assemble this sandwich, which has English muffin halves spread with mustard & relish, then topped with pieces of hot dogs & slices of cheese.

Ingredients:

• English muffins, halved
• Hot dogs, sliced
• Mustard
• Cheese slices (any kind; we use pepper-jack)
• Relish

Directions:

Spread a little mustard on each halved English muffin. Spread relish next, to taste. Place slices of hot dogs on each half of the muffin. Top with a slice of cheese. Broil or microwave until cheese is melted.

Notes from the Cook: This was used at slumber parties when my daughter was younger. The kids loved the idea of making their own snacks and clean up was almost instant.
