Use Mexican flavored fiesta cheese soup to make these creamy, spicy hamburger enchiladas.
In a large skillet over medium high heat, brown meat and onions until meat is no longer pink and onions are done, about 7-9 minutes. Drain meat and return to skillet. Add chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, pepper, green chilies and salsa. Stir and simmer over low heat until warm, 4-5 minutes. Wrap tortillas in a paper towel and heat in microwave for 20-30 seconds. In each tortilla, put 1/3 cup meat. Roll up tortillas around filling and place seam side down in a microwavable pan. In a medium bowl, mix soup and milk. Pour over enchiladas. Cover and microwave for 5-6 minutes until enchiladas are hot.
